BENEDMO

BENEDMO is a multidisciplinary hub by and for scientists, fact checkers & media companies in Flanders and the Netherlands. In the next three years, BENEDMO will not only detect disinformation campaigns, but also produce and publish factchecks. In addition, a research team will be appointed. That team analyses different strategies and methods to detect fake news in terms of process, effectiveness and applicability within the European policy and legal framework. BENEDMO fits within the European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO), an international network of hubs where experts in the field of disinformation share knowledge and join forces.
