Platform for Future Media large scale experimentation based on cloud computing and software defined technologies

The FLAME project aims to establish a real-life, city-scale environment for the experimentation of personalized, interactive, mobile, and localized media experiments.

FLAME outlines the main platform benefits as part of the initial work needed to develop and deploy a Future Media Internet delivery platform starting in 2018. The main target is to provide a significant leap forward for media delivery supporting personalized, interactive, mobile and localized (PIML) workflows.

External organizations have the opportunity to take part in the project and test their ideas in a smart city.
